Key Responsibilities

Fabrication: Cut, bend, and shape sheet metal (e.g., stainless steel 304/316, aluminum, or galvanized steel) using tools like laser cutters, CNC punch presses, and press brakes to create components for clean room panels, AHU casings, ducting, and filter frames. Precision is critical to meet tolerances as low as 0.1 mm. Assembly: Assemble double-skin panels (25mm/50mm thick with PUF/EPS insulation) and thermal/non-thermal break profiles for AHUs, ensuring airtight seals to prevent contamination. Clean Room Products: Sheet metal workers fabricate modular panels, pass boxes, laminar airflow units, and return air risers, ensuring contamination resistance for industries like pharmaceuticals and electronics.
