Job Description

Position: Mechanical Fitter - Printing Line

Location: Bahalgarh Chowk ( Sonipat)

Exp : 3+Yrs

Reporting Time : 8 AM TO 6 PM ( 10 Hours + 2 Hour OT)

Key Responsibilities

Carry out installation, maintenance, and repair of

printing machinery

(e.g., offset, flexo, gravure, binding, die-cutting, slitting, etc.). Diagnose and troubleshoot

mechanical faults

in machines to minimize downtime. Perform

routine preventive maintenance

as per schedule (lubrication, alignment, part replacement). Dismantle and reassemble machine components like rollers, cylinders, gears, bearings, and drive systems. Ensure

proper calibration and alignment

of printing line equipment for smooth operations. Maintain records of maintenance work, spare parts used, and machine history. Work closely with machine operators and supervisors to resolve issues quickly. Follow

safety procedures and 5S standards

while working on machinery. Assist in machine upgrades, modifications, and new equipment installation.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of

mechanical fitting, alignment, and repair techniques

. Hands-on experience with

printing and packaging machines

. Ability to read and interpret

mechanical drawings & manuals

. Good problem-solving skills and quick response under breakdown situations. Basic knowledge of

hydraulics, pneumatics, and bearings

. Team player with attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

Qualification & Experience

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Fitter / Mechanical Engineering.

2-5 years' experience in a

printing press / packaging / converting line

. Freshers with ITI/Diploma may be considered for trainee roles.

Pay: ₹11,048.34 - ₹35,000.00 per month
