candidate should be SSC & ITI - Fitter

Key Responsibilities:

Disassembly & Assembly:

Safely taking apart and putting back together hydraulic cylinders, swivels, pumps, and motors.

Inspection & Measurement:

Using precision tools (calipers, micrometers) to check components for wear, damage, and adherence to tolerances; identifying seal types and measuring grooves.

Repair & Replacement:

Replacing seals, hoses, and other parts; performing precise fitting and metalworking as needed.

Testing & Calibration:

Conducting pressure and performance tests to ensure components meet standards.

Documentation & Reporting:

Writing clear job scopes, recording repair details, and maintaining service records.

Blueprint Reading:

Interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
