Requirements

ITI/Diploma/Experience in SS fabrication ITI in Mechanical Fitter Minimum 5 years of work experience in machinery manufacturing or fabrication
required

Required Skills

Read and interpret manufacturing drawings, CAD models, and BOMs. Safely operate power tools, hand tools, lifting equipment, and measuring instruments. Maintain documentation related to assembly, testing, and machine modifications. Provide feedback to improve machine designs and assembly processes.

As a member of a multi-disciplinary team, you will utilize your creativity and range of engineering skills to develop customized solutions. You will be involved in the manufacturing of our capital equipment. It is an opportunity to take ownership of the equipment all the way from concept to final manufacturing. There will be collaboration with both customers and vendors to develop top notch solutions for a number of challenging problems.






Fabrication, fitting, assembly and installation of machinery Oversee project management and production planning Assemble mechanical components and sub-assemblies according to engineering
drawings and SOPs.
Build complete machines, including frames, shafts, bearings, couplings, and
mechanical systems.
Fit and align parts to ensure accurate functioning of machinery. Perform cutting, drilling, grinding, tapping, and other fabrication tasks. Fit, weld (if required), and modify components to meet design specifications. Ensure precise tolerances are maintained during fitting. Conduct dry runs and functional tests before machine dispatch. Inspect components for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards. Calibrate mechanical systems and verify alignment.
