Providhi Solutions Pvt. Ltd. provides consultancy and technical support to clients in the

dairy industry, hotels & hospitality sector, farming sector, and industrial equipment space.

We offer installation, service, technical troubleshooting, and maintenance support for various machinery and solutions.

Position: Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled and responsible

Service Technician

to handle installation, repair, preventive maintenance, and technical support for equipment supplied to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Installation and setup of equipment at client locations
Troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of electrical/mechanical systems
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and service calls
Provide operational training and after-sales support to customers
Respond to customer service calls and document service activities
Maintain tools, spare parts inventory, and service logs

Skills & Qualifications

ITI / Diploma in

Mechanical, Electrical, Refrigeration, Agriculture equipment, Mechatronics

, or related field Experience in servicing

dairy machinery, refrigeration, pumps, industrial equipment, or farm automation

is an advantage Ability to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and mechanical schematics Basic computer and reporting skills Willingness to travel for field service work
