Job Description

Install, maintain, and repair hydraulic systems, including pipes, fittings, valves, pumps, cylinders, and other components. They perform routine maintenance, diagnose mechanical issues, and replace or repair damaged parts in the Machine. Ability to read the P&ID Diagram of Hydraulic System. Proficiency in using hand tools, measuring instruments, and other mechanical equipment. Ability to work effectively within a team environment. Proficiency in mechanical fitting, welding, pipe fitting, and machine repair. Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems integral to SPM operations. Also Familiar with the Hydraulics & Pneumatic System Fittings and Components. Provide technical support and Training to both Maintenance & production personnel where required Support, lead, train, and mentor others (including apprentices) Perform mechanical fitting and assembly of equipment and components. Use hand tools and power tools for installation and repair. Ensure alignment and calibration of machinery and mechanical systems
