Technical Trainee/Assistant/Executive

Qualification:

ITI- Fitter/Mechanical

Experience: 0-4 years

Responsible for the end-to-end

preparation, maintenance, and operation

of molds used in the vacuum infusion process for

Antenna shell manufacturing

. This role ensures mold integrity, precise vacuum setup, and the successful execution of infusion and curing cycles to meet stringent quality standards.

Mold Preparation & Maintenance:

Perform meticulous mold cleaning and application of release agents. Handle mold transport between workstations using specialized handling equipment, ensuring zero damage to tooling surfaces.

Vacuum Integrity Management:

Execute comprehensive vacuum leak checks (drop tests) to ensure airtight integrity prior to infusion. Troubleshoot and rectify vacuum leaks in bagging or seals.

Infusion Setup & Support

: Install hose collars, resin/vacuum line connections, and flow media according to technical specifications. Assist in the resin infusion process, monitoring flow rates and pressure levels.

Thermal Processing:

Configure and monitor Hot Air Oven settings for specialized curing cycles, ensuring temperature uniformity as per the composite material data sheet.

Post-Processing & Tooling:

Execute safe shell releasing (demolding) procedures to prevent part warping or mold damage. Perform precision drilling of hose collars and secondary connection settings as required.

Quality & Safety:

Maintain cleanroom standards within the mold section and adhere to all PPE and safety protocols related to chemical handling and oven operations.

Technical Skills:-

Tooling Knowledge:

Hands-on expertise in mold maintenance, chemical release systems, and vacuum bagging techniques.

Mechanical Aptitude:

Proficiency in using hand tools for drilling, fitting connections, and basic mechanical assembly.

Detail Oriented:

Ability to monitor precise parameters (vacuum gauges, oven timers, and temperature controllers).
