Job Description

Assembly & Integration:

Fitting and joining metal parts, frameworks, and components using bolts, screws, and welding techniques.

Precision Alignment:

Using specialized tools to align shafts, gears, and motors to within extremely tight tolerances (often microns) to prevent wear.

Blueprint Reading:

Interpreting mechanical engineering drawings, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T), and assembly instructions.

Hydraulics & Pneumatics:

Installing and plumbing the valves, cylinders, and hoses that provide the power for automated movements.

Drilling & Tapping:

Creating mounting holes and threads in metal plates to secure automation components like sensors or brackets.

Maintenance & Repair:

Stripping down faulty machinery, replacing worn parts (bearings, seals, bushings), and reassembling them to OEM specs.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
