Key Responsibilities

Carry out

maintenance, repair, and installation

of machinery used in the dehydration unit. Maintain equipment such as: Vibro washer Conveyor belts Blancher / slicer units Hot air dryer's / tray dryers / solar dryers Pumps, blowers, gearboxes Packing machinery Perform

preventive maintenance

as per schedule. Attend to

breakdowns immediately

to minimize downtime. Check and maintain

alignment, lubrication, bearings, belts, and chains

. Maintain spare parts inventory and inform shortages. Ensure proper safety practices during maintenance. Maintain daily maintenance logbook and report issues. Assist installation of new machines and commissioning activities Good Knowledge of Tools & Machines

Skills & Qualifications

ITI / Diploma in

Fitter / Mechanical

. 2-5 years' experience in food processing / dehydration units preferred. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, welding, and fabrication Knowledge of DG Maintenance Ability to read engineering drawings. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Computer knowledge

Additional Requirements

u Ability to work in rotating shifts.

u Physically fit to handle workshop tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
