About Us:We are looking for a skilled VMC/CNC Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in operating and setting up CNC/VMC machines to produce precision components as per engineering drawings.

Job Responsibilities:

Assemble, install, and repair high-precision machine tool spindles (CNC, VMC, grinding, turning).

Perform bearing mounting (angular contact, cylindrical roller, etc.) with correct preload and alignment.

Carry out micron-level precision fitting using micrometers, dial indicators, bore gauges, and other instruments.

Conduct dynamic balancing and alignment checks for spindle assemblies.

Handle thermal and press-fitting operations as per tolerance requirements.

Maintain cleanliness and accuracy during assembly to avoid contamination.

Assist in fault diagnosis, disassembly, and inspection of spindles for repair.

Ensure proper lubrication systems setup (grease, oil-air, oil-mist).

Required Skills & Experience:

ITI / Diploma in Fitter / Mechanical or equivalent.

2+ years of experience in precision mechanical fitting (spindle or similar high-precision assemblies preferred).

Proficiency in using measuring instruments (micrometer, dial indicator, bore gauge).

Understanding of tolerance, preload, and alignment.

Knowledge of balancing machines will be an added advantage.

Physically fit for manual handling of parts.

Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
