Job Description

Role Overview

Carry out

mechanical fitting, assembly, installation, and alignment

of machines, equipment, and structures. Read and understand

drawings, layouts, and work instructions

. Perform

maintenance, breakdown repairs, and troubleshooting

of mechanical systems. Ensure correct use of

tools, tackles, and measuring instruments

. Maintain

quality standards

during fabrication, erection, and installation work. Support

trial runs, testing, and commissioning

activities.

Handle and supervise manpower

, including fitters, helpers, welders. Allocate work to teams and

ensure proper utilization of manpower

. Monitor attendance, productivity, and discipline of the workforce.

Plan daily and weekly work schedules

for all concerned departments. Coordinate with

production, maintenance, QC, stores, and logistics teams

for smooth execution of work. Track ongoing work status and

ensure jobs are completed within timelines

. Report delays, material shortages, or technical issues to management. Assist in

job planning, sequencing, and resource allocation

. Maintain daily work progress reports and update seniors regularly. Ensure proper

material usage and minimize wastage

.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
