We are looking for a

Mechanical Fitter

with hands-on knowledge of plant machinery maintenance. Freshers with basic mechanical knowledge and experienced candidates up to 6 years are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Gearbox repairing, assembly, disassembly, and troubleshooting Centrifugal pump seal changing and knowledge of pump spares Maintenance of plant machines and equipment Installation, operation, and maintenance of screw conveyors Working knowledge of pulverizer machines Basic to intermediate knowledge of screw compressors Use of maintenance tools and understanding of tool safety Carrying out preventive maintenance activities as per schedule Identifying breakdown issues and supporting corrective maintenance Maintaining maintenance records and reports Following safety rules and plant maintenance procedures
Required Skills & Knowledge:

Strong mechanical maintenance fundamentals Knowledge of bearings, seals, couplings, and lubricants Ability to read basic mechanical drawings Understanding of preventive and breakdown maintenance Familiarity with hand tools and power tools Willingness to work in shifts (if required)
Preferred Candidate Profile:

0-6 years of experience in mechanical maintenance or fitting work Freshers with ITI Mechanical/Fitter trade can apply Good problem-solving and teamwork skills Eagerness to learn plant machinery and maintenance practices

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
