Job Responsibilities:

Installation, maintenance, and repair of

pumps, motors, gearboxes, and rotating equipment

. Handling and replacement of

mechanical seals and oil seals

. Alignment of pumps and motors (manual / dial gauge methods). Preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment. Troubleshooting leakage, vibration, overheating, and mechanical failures. Overhauling of centrifugal pumps and associated systems. Ensure proper lubrication and routine mechanical inspections. Follow safety procedures and maintain housekeeping standards. Coordinate with production and electrical teams during shutdowns and breakdowns.

Key Skills & Requirements:

ITI Fitter certification (mandatory). Strong knowledge of

pumps, motors, mechanical seals, and oil seals

. Experience in refinery or continuous process plants preferred. Ability to read basic mechanical drawings. Good problem-solving and hands-on maintenance skills.
