Job Description

Installation and assembly:

Install, assemble, and repair mechanical equipment, such as pumps, conveyors, mixers, and other machinery, following technical drawings and specifications.

Maintenance and repair:

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on all mechanical equipment to ensure it is in good working order.

Troubleshooting:

Diagnose and rectify mechanical issues and breakdowns to minimize downtime, with a focus on specialized pharmaceutical equipment.

Quality and compliance:

Ensure all work complies with stringent safety and regulatory standards (e.g., GMP), and assist with calibration and recertification processes.

Collaboration:

Work with other maintenance teams, engineers, and production staff to address mechanical needs and improve system efficiency.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate logs of all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
