Mechanical Diploma / ITI Fitters

for

Maintenance, Production, and Quality

departments. Candidates will be responsible for operating machines, maintaining equipment, and ensuring quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines and tools Diagnose and repair mechanical faults Maintain records of machine servicing and repairs

Production

Operate mechanical machines like lathe, milling, drilling, etc. Follow work instructions and meet daily production targets Ensure machine setups and cleaning are done as per SOPs

Quality

Inspect components using measuring tools (Vernier, micrometer, gauges) Follow quality procedures and report any defects Support quality audits and maintain inspection records

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and machine tools Ability to read engineering drawings Use of measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, etc.) Good communication and teamwork Willingness to work in rotational shifts
