We are seeking a dynamic and motivated
Field Sales Engineer
to join our team. The role involves developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and providing technical solutions that meet customer requirements. The ideal candidate will have both sales acumen and a technical background to effectively promote and support our products/services in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory/industry segment.
Visit clients on-site to understand their requirements and propose suitable products/solutions.
Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams (service, projects, and technical support) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and maintain CRM records.
Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events when required.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in technical sales or field engineering roles, preferably in the material handling or industrial equipment industry.
Strong understanding of material handling concepts, equipment, and systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-oriented mindset.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
