Job Overview

Value Ingredients is looking for an experienced

Mechanical Executive

to manage mechanical projects, infrastructure, and facility maintenance at its new manufacturing facility. The role involves carrying out project execution, Routine maintenance in process industries, and assisting the Project Manager with equipment and materials, delivering functioning facilities/assets to user departments.

Key Responsibilities

Execute and manage mechanical projects related to plant infrastructure and utilities Handle routine and preventive maintenance of mechanical equipment in process/food manufacturing plants Support the Project Manager in equipment selection, procurement, installation, and commissioning Ensure availability and reliability of mechanical assets for user departments Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and internal engineering teams Review, verify, and approve mechanical drawings, layouts, and technical documents Resolve site execution and design issues during project implementation Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and statutory requirements

Key Skills & Technical Requirements

Ability to independently lead contracts and mechanical engineering works Hands-on experience in greenfield and brownfield projects in the process industry Strong knowledge of grinding machines and food processing equipment Experience with qualification systems: DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ, and related documentation Knowledge of GMP, FSSAI, and BRC audit requirements Experience in preparing, maintaining, and controlling engineering documents and standards Proven team handling and coordination skills Strong problem-solving, execution, and communication abilities
