MECHANICAL EXECUTIVE or DET mechanical /electrical

Company - Rubber Parts manufacturing company

Location - Binola Plant

Key Responsibilities

To manage and control all maintenance, service and repair activities of the plant's machinery and equipment nown of Hydraulic, Pneumetic, electric basics To make preventive maintenance Do for the plant's machinery and equipment besides ensuring its execution on time, hydraulic, Pneumatic, To keep records of all service maintenance and refurbishment works carried out on the machinery To do all documentation activities related to the maintenance department To maintain stock of essential spares for all equipment as per defined inventory level To take care of the plant's physical assets and facilities Preventive Maintenance execution and recordings as per Schedule decide for production machinery with respect Target MTBF & MTTR. Corrective Break down Controlling & effective Preventive Maintenance Spare parts management system & inventory controls Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities Preparation documentations and monitoring as per ISO.TS, IATF 16949 2016 & OHSAS etc

Educational Qualification

- Diploma (Mech. Engg./Suitable Branch) OR Graduate (General)Work

Experience-

01 to 02 Years

Job Skills (Technical) -

Preventive Maintenance; Breakdown Analysis; Machine alinement and slide clearance, IATF Audit Documentation; Machine Repairing; MTTR; MTBF; Machine Check sheet; mcs, control wiring & Star Delta Connection
