Position Overview - (Requirement: 4 Nos)

We are seeking talented Engineering Graduates to join our Operations Department. In this role, you will work alongside experienced professionals in our manufacturing facilities, applying your technical knowledge to improve processes, analyze data, and contribute to operational excellence initiatives

Key Responsibilities

Support continuous improvement projects in manufacturing processes Collect and organize operational data from production lines Perform detailed analysis of production metrics and quality parameters Develop and maintain monitoring systems for real-time data tracking Assist team members in implementing technical solutions Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance operational efficiency Document process improvements and best practices
Qualifications

B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in data analysis tools and basic statistics Good understanding of manufacturing processes Ability to work effectively in a team environment Excellent communication skills Basic knowledge of quality management principles
