Primary Duties / Responsibilities:
Assist in
manufacturing and production operations
Support senior engineers in
machine setup, operation, and maintenance
Learn and follow
plant safety and quality standards
Assist in monitoring production processes and recording data
Support basic
inspection and quality checks
Participate in continuous improvement and process optimization activities
Education Qualification:
B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Work Experience requirements:
Fresher / Final-year students / Recent pass-outs
Willingness to work in a
manufacturing plant environment
Skills Required:
Basic understanding of
mechanical engineering concepts
Willingness to learn and adapt
Good observation and communication skills
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes
