, we're building next-generation unmanned systems for defense, research, and industrial applications. Our current focus is on the design, analysis, and prototyping of advanced
Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs)
that are reliable, efficient, and mission-ready.
We're looking for a
Mechanical Engineering Intern
to join our
UAV Design & Development team
, where you will play an active role in shaping the mechanical systems of aerial platforms from concept to prototype.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design & Development of UAV Systems
Assist in the CAD design of UAV structures, airframes, control surfaces, payload mounts, and mechanisms.
Perform component layout and packaging within space, weight, and performance constraints.
Contribute to structural design optimization for strength-to-weight efficiency.
2. Theoretical Calculations
Carry out fundamental calculations related to: Lift, drag, thrust, stability, and performance metrics.
Structural stress, deflection, and vibration analysis.
Material selection based on strength-to-weight and thermal properties.
Document calculation methodologies and assumptions for design justification.
3. Correlation with FEA/CFD
Collaborate with the simulation team to provide geometry, boundary conditions, and loading cases.
Analyze FEA results (stress, modal, thermal) and correlate them with theoretical models.
Use CFD and aerodynamic simulations to validate lift/drag estimates and improve airframe design.
4. Prototype Fabrication & Testing
Support fabrication of UAV components using 3D printing, composite layup, or CNC processes.
Participate in assembly, integration, and field testing of UAV prototypes.
Assist in performance testing, failure analysis, and improvement iteration loops.
