Job Description

Participate, engage in and coordinate all service activities at customers sites including installing, maintaining, repairing, programming, calibrating and verification of the equipment. Trouble-shoot and repair equipment and liaise with the other Engineering teams to address and resolve machine related issues. Implement and schedule preventive maintenance activities and programs. Maintain service records and document trends in warranty issues. Handle customers' complaints and service inquiries relating to the equipment. Prepare recommended spare parts lists for equipment. Track and assemble spare part orders for shipping. Coordinate with Operations to obtain resources for performing service support. Coordinate availability of internal and customer's resources for service, installation. and maintenance to achieve minimum disruption to downtime. Sourcing and build India supplier supply chain to prepare for future build in India. Adhere to all company policies and procedures and be compliant with ISO quality standards. Adhere to all health and safety rules and procedures
Fresh Engineering Graduates (BE, Polytechnic, ITI, Diploma) candidates can apply for this position.

Location for this position is client based , we have clients in Hosur, Chennai, Bangalore & Kolar.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹340,000.00 per year
