1. Test Execution: Conduct thorough testing of metal products as per relevant national and international standards.
2. Proficient in material testing and characterization methods such as Physical, Dimension, microscopy, and spectroscopy.
3. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of test procedures, results, and any identified issues, providing clear documentation for analysis and future reference and smooth operations of testing laboratory as per the required standard.
4. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Communication: Effectively communicate test results and quality-related information to relevant stakeholders, including management and cross-functional teams.
6. Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about relevant industry regulations and standards, ensuring that laboratory meet or exceed required certifications.
7. Knowledgeable about and commitment to safety regulations and compliance standards.
8. Provide training and guidance to team members or other departments on quality assurance practices and the importance of quality standards.
9. Ensures equipment is performing well and takes appropriate action as necessary.
10. Documentation of test results, maintaining records according to ISO 17025 : 2017
