Job Description

Supervise and lead a team of technicians and operators, including training, assigning tasks, and ensuring good performance. Schedule, oversee, and conduct both routine and preventive maintenance, as well as troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues and equipment failures. Ensure all mechanical operations and equipment adhere to safety regulations, company standards, and environmental protection guidelines. Monitor machinery and equipment performance, track quality standards, and conduct inspections to ensure proper installation, assembly, and functionality. Maintain detailed records of machine performance, maintenance activities, and equipment history. Analyse data to assess reliability and prepare reports for management. Interpret designs, drawings, and manuals to diagnose problems and provide technical advice on equipment-related matters. Coordinate with other departments and subcontractors to ensure seamless operations, and assist with the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
