We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Mechanical Engineer to join our team and drive the development of cutting-edge mechanical systems. Responsibilities
Develop detailed mechanical designs using CAD software such as SolidWorks and Creo, ensuring accuracy and manufacturability.
Conduct system design and simulations utilizing MATLAB, Simulink, and FEA tools to validate performance and durability.
Perform root cause analysis on mechanical failures or inefficiencies to identify corrective actions and improve system reliability.
Create comprehensive schematics, technical drawings, and drafting documents adhering to GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) standards.
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize processes, including CNC machining, 3D printing, and assembly procedures.
Apply ASME codes & standards in designing pressure vessels, piping systems, or other critical components.
Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLCs), LabVIEW, Arduino, and system design principles for automation projects.
Support project scheduling efforts by coordinating tasks across multidisciplinary teams to meet deadlines efficiently.
Experience
Proven experience in mechanical engineering with a strong background in mechanical design, CAD drafting, and system analysis.
Hands-on knowledge of manufacturing processes including CNC machining, fabrication, and assembly techniques.
Familiarity with mechanical engineering software such as SolidWorks, Creo, MATLAB, Simulink, FEA tools, and LabVIEW.
Experience working with schematics, electrical integration (including Arduino), and control systems involving Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
Understanding of industry standards such as ASME codes & standards for pressure vessels or piping systems.
Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis on mechanical issues using systematic troubleshooting methods.
