Position - Mechanical Engineer

Education - B. Tech in mechanical engineering

Installation, commissioning, and handling over mechanical works with quality in according to project specification within the designated time frame and development of SAT process, QA/QC inspection report of materials, IBMS implementation according to drawing.
Studying the tender, Contractual drawing, documents, BOQ of any discrepancy & clarifying with superior. Preparation of project planning, Manpower requirements, shop drawings and materials for executions. To study all shop drawings, project documents and any revisions there on.
To supervise the construction in the term proper method, material reservation and optimum output labor. To give full and extensive instruction to our team. To execute the work according to latest approved revision of shop drawing and instruction of line manager or project manager.
Heat load calculation for Air conditioning system by E-20 form. Designing of Air-conditioning duct by manually or duct size software
To prepare pre commissioning report if required. To prepared marked drawings for final AS build drawings. Committed to HSE requirements and all applicable legislation contractual requirements effecting the HSE activities at project site and administration offices.
Installation of air conditioning supply and return air ducting, fresh air ducting, exhaust air ducting, Staircase pressurization duct, Smoke exhaust air ducting and car parking ventilation (fire rated) chillers, pump installation. Checking of duct sizes and chilled water piping sizing with drawing.
Inspection of Ducting, Piping work, etc., and report the status periodically during meetings Preparation of technical submittals like method of statement, equipment data sheets and drawings.
Co-ordination with Client, Consultant, Architect & Project Manager for the approval of the Engineering & design submission. Review designs of consultants prepare shop drawings & Bill of Quantities. Equipment selection, arranging the materials as per the technical submittals of consultants.
Planning project schedule & distribution of workmanship & subcontractors to follow up the works like duct fabrication, insulation, chilled water piping, equipment installation, refrigerant piping etc. for the on-time completion of the project. Technical & Supervisory support during Testing& Commissioning. Qualification \xe2\x80\x93 Diploma / B. Tech in ME Experience - Minimum of 5+ years related work experience in mechanical works, testing and commissioning in commercial, residential and industrial projects.
