We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresher or Experience Mechanical Engineers to join our dynamic team and contribute to our growth and success.

Role and Responsibilities:

Product Design and Development:

Collaborate with the design team to develop solutions that meet product specifications and performance standards.

Production Support:

Support the production team by analyzing manufacturing processes and suggesting improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.

Assist in maintaining and improving the mechanical systems used in the production lines.

Quality Control:

Ensure that all mechanical parts and products comply with company standards, quality guidelines, and industry specifications.

Participate in routine inspections of machinery and systems to detect and resolve any issues or defects.

Research and Innovation:

Engage in research activities to explore new technologies and methodologies that could enhance manufacturing processes.

Contribute to continuous improvement projects aimed at increasing production efficiency and quality.

Technical Skills:

Basic understanding of mechanical engineering principles and concepts.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials.

Understanding of mechanical systems, machines, and production equipment.

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and analytically.

Good communication skills to interact with team members and management.

Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
