We are seeking a skilled

Mechanical Engineer

with experience in the

textile industry

, specifically in

dyeing operations and warehouse maintenance

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving mechanical systems in the dyeing section to ensure maximum efficiency and minimal downtime.

Work Location:

TIRUPPUR, SELVAM PROCESS (DYEING WAREHOUSE)

Experience : Fresher

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment in the dyeing department. Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot mechanical issues. Optimize energy and water usage in dyeing operations. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules. Collaborate with production and quality teams to improve processes. Ensure all machinery complies with safety and environmental standards. Maintain records of equipment maintenance and repairs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Strong knowledge of dyeing machines (jet dyeing, soft flow, winch, etc.). Familiarity with pumps, valves, heat exchangers, and utility systems (boilers, compressors). Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
