About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated

Mechanical Engineer

to join our Engineering Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for

frequent on-site interventions in India and abroad

, managing the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical systems. You will play a key part in ensuring project quality, adherence to standards, and timely execution, while working closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams on an international scale.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Supervision & Execution

Oversee the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of mechanical systems and equipment on client sites in India and internationally. Ensure all work is executed according to design specifications, project requirements, and applicable codes/standards. Monitor project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are achieved.

2. Quality & Compliance

Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Review and approve technical drawings, plans, and material specifications.

3. Coordination & Communication

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless execution. Attend site meetings and provide accurate project updates to management. Maintain direct communication with clients to address technical inquiries and ensure satisfaction.

4. Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving

Identify, analyze, and resolve mechanical issues that arise during project execution. Provide technical guidance and support to technicians and site personnel.

5. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain detailed site reports, inspection records, and project documentation. Prepare and submit progress reports to management. Ensure all project records are accurately documented for future reference.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Proven experience in mechanical installation, commissioning, and site supervision (experience with international projects is an advantage). Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, design specifications, and industry standards. Familiarity with safety regulations and quality management systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills. Proficiency in relevant engineering software and MS Office tools.

Availability to travel frequently for on-site assignments in India and abroad.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
