Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient

Mechanical Engineer

with proven expertise in security and entrance automation systems. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of

security metal detectors, flap barriers, boom barriers, tripod turnstiles, and entrance automation solutions

, along with a robust mechanical engineering background.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement mechanical solutions for

security and entrance automation products

. Conduct installation, testing, and troubleshooting of

metal detectors, flap barriers, boom barriers, tripod turnstiles, and related systems

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product development, customization, and technical enhancements. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical systems ensuring optimal performance. Prepare and review technical documentation, drawings, and manuals for product installation and servicing. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety norms, and mechanical engineering best practices. Support the sales and service teams with technical expertise during pre-sales and after-sales stages.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience

in mechanical engineering, preferably in the

security and entrance automation industry

. Strong understanding of

mechanical design, fabrication, and assembly processes

. Hands-on experience with

security automation products

such as

metal detectors, boom barriers, tripod turnstiles, and flap barriers

. Ability to read and interpret

technical drawings and specifications

. Proficient in

mechanical tools, CAD software, and engineering practices

. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
