Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned

Mechanical Engineer

with extensive experience in food industry projects, particularly in machinery handling, fabrication, pipeline systems, and hygiene-focused execution. The role involves end-to-end execution from equipment handling to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute

unloading, shifting, erection, and commissioning

of food processing machinery. Manage

mechanical fabrication

of structures and pipeline systems as per design and hygiene standards. Oversee

pipeline design, fabrication, and installation

activities. Ensure execution complies with

food-grade hygiene design and standards

. Prepare and verify

mechanical measurements, BOQs, and billing

. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams. Monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance during execution.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong hands-on experience in

food industry mechanical projects

. Expertise in

erection & commissioning planning

. In-depth knowledge of

mechanical structures, pipelines, and fabrication

. Good understanding of

hygiene design execution

for food processing environments. Proficient in

AutoCAD (mechanical structures and pipeline design)

Qualification

BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,433.13 - ₹59,921.98 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dicholi, Goa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
