Operating and maintaining 3D printers and fibre laser marking machines to produce high-quality parts and components as per design

A. Qualification.:

Diploma/ITI

1. Branch-ITI-Turner/ITI-Machinist/Diploma Mechanical Engineering

B. /Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Operate and monitor 3D printers (FDM & SLA) as per production plan.

2. Perform maintenance, calibration and troubleshooting.

3. Perform post printing tasks: support removal and cleaning.

4. Operate fibre laser marking machine for marking on metal and plastic components

5. Prepare program, load files and set parameters as per requirement.

6. Perform fixture setup and marking trials.

7. Maintain marking quality.

8. Record production data and report deviations.

C. Skill Set:

1. Knowledge of fibre laser marking machines and Software (EZCAD or similar).

2. Ability to read technical drawings.

3. Knowledge of inspection equipment (Vernier and micrometre).

4. Knowledge of MS Excel and Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
