Job Summary:

The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and monitoring all construction machinery and equipment deployed across multiple project sites. The role includes ensuring machinery availability, preventive maintenance, documentation, compliance with company policies, and coordination between sites for machinery transfer and usage.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor the operation and maintenance of all construction machinery (excavators, transit mixers, cranes, batching plants, DG sets, etc.) across all sites. Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance schedules are followed to minimize downtime. Maintain detailed records of all machinery, including maintenance logs, service history, insurance, fitness certificates, and operator details. Prepare and update machinery utilization and deployment reports for management review. Coordinate with site teams for machinery requirements, transfer, and deployment. Ensure all machinery complies with company safety policies, statutory regulations, and operational guidelines. Verify and maintain documents such as logbooks, inspection checklists, and maintenance schedules. Liaise with vendors and service providers for machinery repair, spare parts procurement, and AMC renewals. Conduct regular inspections at sites to assess machinery condition and operator performance. Support in preparing machinery-related cost reports, fuel consumption statements, and efficiency analysis. Provide technical support and training to operators for safe and efficient equipment handling.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
