We are looking for a

Mechanical Engineer

to manage and support mechanical operations, production activities, installation, maintenance, and project execution at site/factory. The candidate will ensure smooth functioning of machinery, adherence to safety standards, and achievement of production targets.Job Title: Mechanical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and monitor mechanical works at factory/site Supervise installation, commissioning, and maintenance of machinery Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment Coordinate with production, quality, and electrical teams Prepare drawings, BOQ, material requirement, and technical reports Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards Monitor machine performance and suggest improvements Support vendor coordination and spare part management Maintain daily work progress and documentation Assist in project execution and timely completion of targets
Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment Understanding of manufacturing processes Ability to read technical drawings Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (preferred) Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Communication and team coordination skills
Preferred Industry Experience (Optional):

Manufacturing / Heavy Engineering Railway Components / Concrete Sleeper Plant Fabrication, Welding, and Machine Maintenance
