Job Description

Role Objectives

Design, develop, and oversee

mechanical systems, components, and products

. Ensure all mechanical designs meet

quality, safety, and performance standards

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support

production, installation, and maintenance

Core Deliverables

Create and review

mechanical designs, CAD models, and technical drawings

. Perform

calculations, simulations, and feasibility studies

. Oversee

manufacturing, assembly, and testing

of mechanical components. Conduct

root cause analysis and troubleshooting

for mechanical issues. Ensure compliance with

ISO, safety, and quality standards

. Prepare documentation including

design reports, BOMs, and maintenance manuals

. Support

project planning and execution

within deadlines.

Skills Required

Mandatory:

Proficiency in

AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA

(2D & 3D design software) Strong understanding of

mechanical design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes

Knowledge of

thermal, fluid, and structural mechanics

Problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred (Add-on):

Experience with

FEA/CFD tools (ANSYS, HyperMesh, etc.)

Knowledge of

lean manufacturing and Six Sigma

Hands-on with

ERP/MRP systems

Good communication and teamwork skills

Qualifications

B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory) M.Tech in Mechanical/Design Engineering (preferred, not mandatory)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
