Our new upcoming Lighting Experience Center spowling over almost 20,000 sq. ft will be the first of its kind in India. Roles and Responsibilities:-

The BOM Cost Expert is responsible for creating, maintaining, and analyzing accurate costed Bills of Materials (BOMs) across the product lifecycle. The role supports pricing, RFQs, and profitability analysis while driving cost optimization and ensuring alignment between design, sourcing, manufacturing, and finance.

Create and maintain accurate costed BOMs for lighting fixtures, luminaires, drivers, and electrical components Analyze cost impact of design changes, material substitutions, wattage, and optical variations Perform detailed costing of LEDs, drivers, PCBs, optics, housings, heat sinks, wiring, and accessories Support RFQs, tenders, and project quotations with detailed cost breakdowns and margin analysis Coordinate with procurement to validate supplier pricing, MOQs, tooling, and lead times Track raw material price trends (aluminum, copper, LEDs, electronics) Analyze manufacturing, testing, packing, and installation costs Drive VA/VE and cost-optimization initiatives for new and existing lighting products Monitor standard vs actual cost variances and maintain cost databases
Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related field 2-4 years of experience in costing/BOM management within the lighting or electrical industry Experience with architectural, outdoor, or project-based lighting products preferred Expertise in BOM structuring and product costing

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
