Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Job Responsibilities
Work independently or in a team to lead mechanical design projects from start to finish.
Manage designers, technicians, and craft personnel for smooth project execution.
Create parts, assemblies, and detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD / SolidWorks.
Analyze engineering problems and provide preventive solutions for production.
Prepare schedules, cost estimates, project updates, and performance reports.
Maintain and update existing engineering drawings.
Create, update, and verify Bill of Materials (BOM).
Prepare packing drawings and standard assembly procedures for products.
Inspect product samples, prepare reports, and coordinate decisions on acceptance/rejection.
Coordinate with production, purchase, and suppliers.
Follow up with purchase teams for mechanical/packing samples.
Work efficiently on ERP systems like SAP.
Essential Skills
Strong knowledge of mechanical design, production processes, and electronic components.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
Desirable Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
