Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering discipline. 2-5 years of experience in service/maintenance of packaging or industrial machinery (freshers with relevant internships or training may also be considered). Knowledge of pneumatics, PLCs, sensors, servo systems, and HMI-based controls is a plus. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Willingness to travel frequently to customer locations (domestic/international, as needed). Good communication and documentation skills.
