Job Description

M E HYDRAULICS PVT LTD is seeking a CNC Machined Quality Engineer to ensure the dimensional accuracy and compliance of precision CNC-machined components. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in quality inspection, GD&T, and hands-on knowledge of measuring instruments in a manufacturing or engineering environment.

Responsibilities

Perform

first article, in-process, and final inspection

of CNC machined components Use

precision measuring tools

including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, thread gauges etc Interpret and analyze

engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T

Document and report

non-conformances

, perform

root cause analysis

, and implement

corrective actions (CAPA)

Prepare and maintain

inspection reports, control plans, PPAPs

, and quality records Collaborate with CNC operators, production, and design teams to resolve quality issues Ensure compliance with

ISO 9001 standards

Support internal audits and contribute to

continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical or production engineering

2+ years

of experience in quality inspection of

CNC-machined parts

Proficient in

precision measurement tools

Strong knowledge of

GD&T

and

engineering tolerances

Familiar with

quality standards

(ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.) Experience with

Microsoft Excel

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
