Mechanical Engineer -- MEP

Experience:

1 - 4 Years

Responsibilities:

Handle mechanical design and coordination for commercial and residential projects. Create and manage detailed mechanical models (HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting) using Revit and integrate with other disciplines. Review and validate design drawings, ensuring compliance with codes and project specifications. Coordinate with architecture, structural, and electrical teams to develop complete coordinated MEPF models. Prepare detailed HVAC load calculations, duct/piping layouts, and system specifications. Maintain project documentation and deliver within project timelines and quality standards.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent). 1-4 years of experience in MEP design and BIM modeling (preferably using Revit). Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software. Good communication and coordination skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
