Job Purpose:

To ensure the smooth operation, preventive maintenance, and timely repair of all factory machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of machines and mechanical systems. Troubleshoot issues and conduct timely repairs to reduce production interruptions. Maintain records of maintenance, repair, and inspection logs. Coordinate with the production team to schedule maintenance without affecting output. Ensure all machinery complies with safety standards and operational guidelines. Respond to emergency breakdowns and ensure minimum downtime.

Skills and Qualification:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. 1-3 years of experience in a factory/plant maintenance role. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial machinery. Hands-on experience in preventive and corrective maintenance. Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
