Roles and Responsibilities

Gather technical data from drawings & maintain in excel database. Cleansing component attribute values as per Industry Standards. Extract attribute data from supplier catalogue Experience in high volume of data (customer, supplier, items and pricing) Ensure that data is processed efficiently, on time and correct the first time. Regular correspondence with stakeholders to ensure best practices are implemented. Maintain detailed work instruction procedures. Ensure metrics are recorded daily.

Work Experience

Required Skills

Exposure to different commodities in mechanical components. Good knowledge in parts classification and attributes for different commodities like castings, heat exchangers, wire harness etc. Engineering drawing interpretation. Good experience in CREO- To analysis the 3D models & drawings. Large data handling and proficiency in MS Excel. Manufacturing Process knowledge. Ability to optimize process using automation. Ability to visualize data using interactive Dashboards.

Soft Skills

Critical Thinking Problem-Solving Communication Presentation Skills Attention to Detail Analytical Reasoning Collaboration and Teamwork.

Other Specific Requirements

To good have basic coding skills on Python and generate prompts to utilize AI tools Basic knowledge of PLM - Teamcenter * Power BI & Tableau for developing interactive dashboards.
