Job Description

Elematic is a leading provider of innovative precast concrete production technology, solutions, and services, helping clients improve efficiency and sustainability in the construction industry. We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer for PAN India.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of precast machinery such as batching plants, tilting tables, molds, lifting equipment, and cutting machines. Monitor and maintain the health of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems used in precast production. Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely maintenance schedules and reduce machine idle time. Maintain inventory of critical spares and coordinate procurement for timely replacement. Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and implement corrective actions. Maintain maintenance logs, machine history cards, and prepare maintenance reports. Ensure compliance with safety standards and preventive maintenance protocols. Support installation and commissioning of new machines and production equipment. Train and supervise technicians and junior maintenance staff. Liaise with OEMs and vendors for specialized servicing and troubleshooting support

Candidate Requirements:
