Purpose
You will provide mechanical engineering services to Worley, and its Customers and may provide technical support and supervision within the mechanical team.
Responsibilities
- Design and analysis of Fired Heater Structure, Stack, Open Steel Structure.
- Good knowledge of IS 800, IS 875, IS 1893, API 560, IS6533(Part-2).
- Sound Knowledge of Analysis Software’s called Staad-Pro, R-Stab.
- Sound Knowledge of 3-D Modeling Software called Prosteel (Bentley).
- Sound Knowledge of Extracting 2-D Drawings from Prosteel using Detail Center Express tool.
- Good knowledge of MicrostationV8i, Tekla, AutoCAD.
- Lifting and Transportation Analysis of Modules.
- Checking of Fabrication Drawings of Heater, Air Pre Heater System, Stack and Duct supporting Structure.
- Project scheduling of engineering activities.
- Resolve the site problem related to drawings and fabrication.

Technical and Industry Experience
- Effective technical and practical engineering skills and ability to consistently deliver quality, accurate and timely work to Worley and its customers.
- A good working knowledge of the fundamental requirements of mechanical engineering, and the basic requirements of other engineering fields.
- A good working knowledge of applicable local and international standards and statutory and regulatory specifications.
- Competent use of mechanical engineering specific software and relevant software such as MS Office Suite.
- Engineering experience in the same or similar industry, and developing leadership skills.
- Some job site or factory experience.
Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training
Total Years of Experience : 8 to 15 years
Required:
A recognized degree in the relevant engineering discipline or equivalent.
Preferred:
Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status.
