Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Mechanical Engineer with hands-on experience in HVAC execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing HVAC systems at project sites as per design specifications, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and coordination with all relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute HVAC projects (ducting, piping, insulation, equipment installation) as per design, BOQ, and drawings.

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities related to HVAC installation.

Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients for inspections and approvals.

Manage manpower, subcontractors, and material delivery at the site.

Conduct site surveys, prepare material take-offs, and support procurement.

Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC-related technical issues on site.

Maintain documentation such as daily reports, progress updates, and material checklists.

Assist in testing, commissioning, and handing over of HVAC systems.

Key Skills Required:

Strong understanding of HVAC systems, duct design, chilled water systems, and ventilation.

Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings and technical specifications.

Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and site management tools.

Good communication and team management skills.

Knowledge of relevant IS/ASHRAE/SMACNA standards.

Qualifications:

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

3-8 years of experience in HVAC site execution (preferably in commercial/residential/industrial projects).

Preferred Candidates:

Candidates with prior experience in reputed MEP contracting firms.

Willingness to relocate/travel to project sites.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
