Job Description

Managing the projects from start to end- including site work, billing, vendors, labours and client at site of STP, ETP and WTP.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY

Sub-contractors & vendors management:

Appointing & coordinate with sub-contractors , Supervisors as per project need. Monitoring & inspection of work done by contractor, getting the milestone done timely. Coordinating the project coordinator to get the work done as per project deadline.

Site/client coordination:

Site/client coordination, organizing work plans, and communicating updates to clients and management/ reporting manager. Oversee project-wise documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Additionally, Coordinate material logistics, guaranteeing timely delivery of required materials to the site. Collaborate with the accounts team to resolve billing issues, ensuring prompt corrections and approvals for project-related bills and proposals.

Monitoring:

Monitor fabrication work of plant fabricated according to the drawing at workshop. There should not be hampering/ delay of work and any penalty imposed due to poor liasioning with government officials.

Project Costing & Estimation:

Supervise, support and coordinate with project team for improvement in forecasting on costs for components. Project completion cost versus budget and on time. Accuracy in project cost estimation

EDUCATION

a. Technical Education :- Diploma/B-tech/BE-Mechnical/Electrical/Chemical

EXPERIENCE

a. Experience :- 5 -8years

BEHAVIROUAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS

a. Good communication skills (Writing & Speaking both)

b. Leadership skills

c. Good knowledge of MS Excel & MS word is added advantage.

Experience:

STP, WTP or ETP: 05 years (Required)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
