A strong understanding of hydraulic systems, including components like pumps, motors, cylinders, valves, and their associated technical diagrams and manuals.
Key responsibilities include diagnosing issues, performing preventive maintenance, maintaining records, interpreting technical documents, and facilitating communication between maintenance, engineering, and production teams to maximize equipment uptime and efficiency.
Manage the procurement and availability of necessary parts, materials, and tools for maintenance activities, often liaising with procurement and storerooms.
The ability to diagnose complex issues, analyse data, and make informed decisions to resolve problems.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams and provide guidance on maintenance matters
Act as a liaison between maintenance technicians, engineers, production personnel, and other departments to ensure seamless operations and timely issue resolution.
Willing to travel as an when required
