Key Responsibilities

Manage procurement of mechanical materials, tools, and components. Identify and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective and quality purchases. Issue and track purchase orders, follow up on deliveries, and resolve vendor-related issues. Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with the stores and accounts team. Assist project/site teams with material planning and requisition. Keep accurate records of all procurement and vendor interactions. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.

Candidate Requirements

Education:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field (mandatory).

Experience:

Minimum

1 year

of experience in

purchasing/procurement

in a mechanical or engineering environment.

Skills:

Understanding of mechanical materials, machine parts, and vendor sourcing. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic ERP or procurement tools. Ability to multitask and work independently with attention to detail.
