Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Equipment Installation & Commissioning:

Set up of mixers, dryers, capsule fillers, tablet presses, packaging machines, and HVAC systems. Ensure smooth integration of mechanical systems in compliance with production flow.

Preventive Maintenance:

Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all critical equipment. Reduce downtime and extend equipment life.

Process Optimization:

Analyze production bottlenecks and improve throughput. Work with cross-functional teams (production, quality, R&D) to enhance equipment efficiency.

Utilities Management:

Oversee water systems (RO, WFI), air handling units (AHUs), and compressed air systems. Ensure utility systems support cleanroom and production requirements.

Compliance & Documentation:

Adhere to GMP, ISO, and other regulatory frameworks. Maintain equipment qualification records (IQ/OQ/PQ) and calibration logs.
