Mechanical Engineering Freshers

for the position of

CNC Machine Operator/Engineer

at our

Bottle Manufacturing Plant

. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates looking to work with high-precision manufacturing systems.

Key Responsibilities

:

Operate and monitor

CNC machines

for mold parts and components. Read and interpret

engineering drawings

and tool paths. Load and set tools, calibrate machines, and ensure correct part programming. Perform

basic maintenance and troubleshooting

of CNC machines. Inspect finished components using

measuring tools

(Vernier, Micrometer, etc.). Assist in the mold repair, toolroom, and production activities.

Required Skills

:

Basic knowledge of

CNC machines (Turning/Milling)

. Understanding of

G-Code, M-Code

, and basic CNC programming (training will be provided). Familiarity with

AutoCAD, SolidWorks

or any CAD/CAM software is a plus. Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Willingness to work in shifts and shop floor environments.

Preferred

:

Internship/project related to

CNC machining/tooling

. Exposure to plastic injection/blow mold manufacturing is a bonus. Diploma/Certificate course in CNC is a plus (but not mandatory for B.Tech candidates).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
